IT Infrastructure Coordinator

• Supervise, support, mobilize, retain, and direct the work of a team of network and system administrators ;

• Monitor and maintain the network and infrastructure equipment such as switches, routers, firewalls, telecommunications, cables, wireless networks, security cameras, UPS, scanners, production scales, printers, server rooms and data centres to ensure optimized and continual operation of the network and systems ;

• Monitor and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure ;

• Oversee server and related network equipment installations, configurations, provisioning, updates as required to ensure the performance and reliability of the network ;

• Develop and implement an effective patch management schedule and process ;

• Ensure all hardware systems supporting the global IT infrastructure are properly accounted, maintained and updated ;

• Ensure the decommissioning of servers and removal of equipment as required ;

• Ensure all applications have access to required and optimal disk storage, compute resources, backup and archiving ;

• Implement and maintain data backup and recovery plans ;

• Collaborate and provide support to other IT sectors ;

• Participate in the prioritization of the IT backlog, planning of prioritized IT projects and development of the annual IT budget ;

• Manage and maintain IT operations procedures and documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Infrastructure and Operations ;

• 5 to 7 years of experience working in IT Operations including 3 years in a manager role ;

• Solid understanding and experience in managing a large scale M365 environment ;

• Technical understanding and exposure to a broad-range of technologies including, servers (cloud computing, virtualization, storage, operating systems,); networking (LAN/WAN/SD-WAN, firewalls, routing, switches, DNS, DHCP, wireless access points); Active Directory, SSO authentication, device and password management ;

• Fluency in French and English, written and spoken.
