Job description
Exceldor in Hanover, Ontario is seeking a Licensed Millwright with 2 to 5 years of experience to join their Maintenance department.
COMPENSATION
- $39.81/hour ($38.56/hour + $1.25/hour weekly attendance incentive)

MAIN DUTIES
- Teardown and setup production equipment as needed, includes completing changeovers as per production schedule.
- Troubleshoot and solve various mechanical issues as they arise.
- Provide support to other maintenance staff including Electricians and Power Engineers.
- Perform regular routines without direct supervision. Advise Production or Maintenance Manager of any issues that could impact production.
- Act as an advisor to Machine Operators if non-mechanical issues occur.
- Complete Preventative and Predictive Maintenance tasks as per the company’s extensive PM Program.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have 433A license
- 2 - 5 yrs of experience, preferably in the food industry
- Experience with fabrication
- Experience in the installation and repair of machines and equipment is an asset
- Experience in stainless steel fabrications and repair will be an asset
- Competent communication skills, both oral and written
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Ability to work after-hours tasks and with minimum supervision
REGULAR HOURS OF WORK
- Night shift (6:00 am to 2:30pm)
- Paid 30 min lunch
